To purchase your Canal Winchester Swimming Pool membership, follow these steps: 1.Visit our online resource and click on “Create an Account” on the right side of the page. This will direct you to the eSoft Planner website. 2.If you have not registered for an account, you must do so now. If you signed up for an account at the pool, please refer to the email you received for your username and password. 3.Complete your profile information. Be sure to add all your family members for quicker membership sign up. 4.Select “Memberships” in the navigation bar and choose the appropriate pass. 5.Complete the required fields. Membership IDs can be picked up at your first visit to the pool.

The City of Canal Winchester does not receive payments made through banks directly to our bank. A physical check is written by the bank, mailed to the city, and posted when received. Banks can take 5-10 to process the payment. Please allow sufficient time for the city to receive your payment when paying through your bank.
