Online credit card payments are accepted for traffic citations only. All other citations and payment plan situations must be paid through the mail or in person at City Hall. Utility Bills

Payments for utility bills are processed by a third party vendor through a secure website.  Payments can be made by credit/debit card and e-check. Utility Bill Payment Center

Facility Rentals

Reservations are now accepted online for all parks, athletic fields, and pool parties. Payment is due at the time of the reservation.  The Community Center and Interurban Station rentals may only be requested online. Once approved by staff, payment may be made online by credit card to complete the reservation.  Facility Rental Website
