Winchester Logistics Park
The Opus Group has planned two new speculative warehouse buildings for Winchester Boulevard. The buildings will be 258,346 square feet that will accommodate up to four tenants and 555,907 square feet that will accommodate up to two tenants. The buildings are planned to be complete in the late spring of 2020. The project will also include the extension of Winchester Blvd. by more than 1,000 feet.
Northpoint recently received approval to construct two new speculative warehouse buildings on Bixby Road just east of its intersection with Rager Road. Each of the buildings is proposed at 435,600 square feet. They anticipate breaking ground on the project in the spring of 2020 and completing the buildings in winter of 2020.
Canal Winchester Hotels, LLC recently received approval to construct a new, 82 room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot at 6349 Winchester Blvd. The propose hotel plans to open in late 2020 and adds another great amenity to the strong tourism sector in our community.
Milltech, LLC a millwork and cabinet company recently chose to relocate their operations to Canal Pointe Industry & Commerce Park. They are constructing a new 60,000 square feet production facility on Rutherford Drive on a 7 acre site. This $4.5 million project will bring 35 new jobs to the City of Canal Winchester when operations begin in the fall of 2019.
Winchester Office Park
Winchester Office Park is a new professional office complex that is under construction on Winchester Blvd. The complex consist of four 7,000 square feet, single story office buildings. They recently announced tenants include medical office businesses and financial planning firms. This $4 million project is estimated to bring more than 50 new jobs to the community.
