Facility Reservations
The Community Center is available to Canal Winchester residents and non-residents to reserve on a limited basis. General rental hours are 8 AM - 11 PM daily.
The Community Center staff is happy to provide you information or give a tour of the facility during office hours. Call the center to confirm availability or make arrangements for a tour at (614) 837-8276. Most questions can be answered by reviewing our FAQs.
To reserve the center, please review the rental guidelines and FAQs before starting the rental process.
Because the Community Center is available to rent outside normal business hours, it is the renter's responsibility to leave the center as they found it. Review the rental checklist for how to properly close up after a rental.

Please note, even though you may have a Canal Winchester mailing address or live within the Canal Winchester Local School District, you may not necessarily live within the Canal Winchester corporation limits and will be considered a non-resident.
